Pastor Bob Harmon was appointed to serve at New Hope Fellowship, San Dimas, as Senior Pastorn in 1996. He was ordained in 1997. Prior to that, he served 6 years as Associate Pastor at Covina Foursquare Church in California and has been in ministry for 46 years.

The attributes that best describe Pastor Bob as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. His desire is to build ordinary people into extraordinary followers of Jesus Christ through sound Bible teaching, regular fellowship, prayer and the breaking of bread together. He also has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like New Hope Fellowship with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the Body of Christ and to offer the Hope of Jesus Christ to a troubled world.

He graduated in 1996 with his BA from Life Pacific University, in 2008 he received his Master of Divinity from The King's Seminary, and he obtained his Doctor of Ministry at The King's University in 2014. He also was an adjunct professor at The King's University from 2008-2012.

Pastor Bob has been happily married for 48 Years to his wife, Barbara. They have 2 married daughters: Jennifer and Allison as well as 4 grandchildren.
